WHAT TO BRING:

Water per person 1.5 litres for half day, 2 litres for day hike – extra for hot days
Snacks
Personal medication if required (including asthma pump, epi pen, etc)
Small back pack
Hat, sunblock, sunglasses
Warm layer for all weather conditions, rain gear if needed
Hiking shoes or if you don’t have then comfortable sport shoes
No denim
